Saritha Vellore
Saritha Vellore founded Milestones Montessori of Dayton with one clear vision: a school where every child is truly seen, celebrated and empowered to reach their full potential. With a background in Montessori education and a deep love for child development, she brings warmth, expertise and commitment to every family.
She personally welcomes every new family and stays involved in day-to-day classroom life. Ms. Saritha is also a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®), certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. That training in evidence-based, positive behavior support gives her a deeper understanding of how each child learns, and practical, compassionate ways to help every child feel calm, capable and successful.

The Montessori way
The Montessori method, developed by Dr. Maria Montessori over 100 years ago, treats children as capable, curious individuals. Our classrooms are built on its core ideas: a prepared environment where every material invites exploration, the absorbent mind of children under six, long uninterrupted work periods of about three hours, and mixed-age classrooms where younger children learn from older ones.
